Excalibur Hotel Las Vegas has four swimming pools. Two of the swimming pools were recently added in May 2008. By adding two new swimming pools, Excalibur Hotel doubled the size of their pool, adding cabanas, fire pits, sun decks and a secluded relaxation pool. Excalibur Hotel's new poolside restaurant, DRENCHED, is the perfect place to quench your thirst, and your appetite.
Excalibur Hotel offers a nice pool area with heated pools, a 16-seat spa, waterfalls, water slides, and a shaded dining area. The heated pools are open year round. Some pool facilities, like swimming pool slide, are closed for the winter season. All pool facilities are normally completely open from March 1st.

Monorail
This free monorail opens 24 hours a day. It connects Mandalay Bay hotel, Luxor hotel and Excalibur hotel. Trains leaves in about every 10 minutes. For the southbound direction, the train leaves from Excalibur "On Station" and stops only at Mandalay Bay. For the northbound direction, it starts from Mandalay Bay station, stops at the Luxor hotel and then stops at the Excalibur "Off Station".
If you want to take the monorail from Excalibur to Luxor hotel, you will have to go all the way down to Mandalay Bay, stay on the train and then go back to Luxor hotel.
Please pay attention that there are two monorail stations at Excalibur hotel. You can only get on the monorail at the "On Station" which is located in front of the Excalibur hotel main entrance. When you take the monorail from Mandalay Bay hotel or Luxor hotel to the Excalibur hotel, you can only get off the monorail at the "Off Station" which is located outside of the Excalibur hotel southeast entrance. With this arrangement, they hope monorail passengers will walk through the Excalibur casino. It can also make passengers confused when they go back to the "Off Station" trying to take the monorail back to Luxor or Mandalay Bay hotel. |
